What do our Client Advisor need for their work?

🗣️ Fluency in German - C1 level.

🗣️ Fluency in English - C1 or B2 level.

📋 Enjoy precise instructions and routine tasks.

👗 Those who work in our luxury brands department are also interested in fashion.

➕ Customer service experience is a plus for you.

What will your days be like?

For BlueLink, the human being is always at the heart of relationships. You will become the main link between our partners and customers. We work in shifts. The specific shift schedule will depend on the unit you work for (Customer Care Unit or Luxury Brands Unit). There is a possibility of working from home after the trial period.

You will:

📞 Communicate with customers -  Handling customer requests and providing information via phone and email.

🗣️ Strive to deliver top-quality service and care in selected languages

🤝🏻 Listen to our customers and try to help them in the best possible way. Whether it's loyalty programs, flight bookings, complaints about luggage or delayed and cancelled flights. 

💻 You will maintain booking and related systems, such as Salesforce and Oscar.

💙 Building positive relationships with customers, co-workers, and global departments.
